Maybe it’s happened to you before: you knew you kind of liked a guy, but then he did one special move that made your heart do a triple back flip – now you are crazy about him.
How does this happen??
It’s not about fancy tricks, it’s about understanding this secret of deep, lasting attraction…

Last time I fell in love with him was when I came over to his place to talk after a fight. During the talk we got hungry, ordered some food, and when we got tired from talking, we watched one episode of a girly comedy tv show I was following at the time. I know this series wasn´t his thing (at all), so I asked him to choose what to watch next – but he said he wanted to see one more episode of the same show – because it makes me laugh, and he wants to see me smiling.
The way that he’s so principled about certain things…everything has it’s time and season and he doesn’t abuse it. He makes me want to be a better person and I love that. He blows my mind every time and I’m just like wow.
I was walking along the sidewalk with a guy I am dating. I was on the outside (closer to the street). He came around and switched places with me so that he would get hit first by a car and I would be safer.
Galadriel: Why the Halfling?
Gandalf: I do not know. Saruman believes it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. I found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay… small acts of kindness and love. Why Bilbo Baggins? Perhaps it is because I am afraid… and he gives me courage.

Too many to mention but I will break it down to two major moments. The very first time we met was because someone hit my car side mirror and the cover popped off. I didn’t notice but he did. He went into the street and put it back on for me, a complete stranger. The second time was when I was carrying some things that I really didn’t need help with he went out of his way to put his things away and carried my things all the way to my home. Ive been hooked since.
Hi Matthew,
It was when I was sick and throwed up at my boyfriend’s toilet. He came and checked my vomit to see if it was normal (e.g. no blood or other evidence of more serious things). A lot of people may find this rather gross but the fact that he cared for me so much really touched my heart.
I was over at a guy’s house; it was the first time we were doing something apart from the friend who had introduced us. He was grilling some steaks and had invited some of his neighbors to join us.
I had my major microattraction moment while I was watching him talk with one of his neighbors. She was an older woman who was a bit shy and awkward. He gave her his undivided attention while she spoke, and smiled at her in such a way that it really made her relax. It was such a genuine and caring exchange, that it just blew me away.
I am hard of hearing in one of my ears (I was struck by lightening – crazy story), and once he knew that, he always made an effort to sit on the side of my good ear so I could hear him clearly. It was so thoughtful!
I was on a date and he rushed around the car to open my door. Chivalry is not dead and I love it!! We had been dating for a while and I blurted out “I love you”. We were both startled at my comment and that was the beginning of a great long term relationship. It ended 4 years later, but I remember that moment vividly.
The moment I saw him help a stranger carry items she was struggling with and he even got the door for her. When he looked deep into my eyes and I actually saw a side of his vulnerability. It didn’t last long and his walls went back up as quickly as they started to come down. Only if he could have stayed open and took a chance. He had me but let his insecurity get in the way. He had a lot of emotional issues from being hurt before and being in the military. Still miss him, still have genuine feelings but it takes two and he wont communicate. I think relationships scare him and I had to move on as much as I hoped it would turn around. Waited a year and worked on me but the VA put him on a ton of meds and he stopped communicating.
I was seeing a guy for a few years that could never commit fully. I got the opportunity to move away to a place I yearned to be for a long time. I decided to go & gave myself approx a month to do what I needed to do to go.
In the few days before my departure, I stayed at his place because I gave my furniture away. The night before, he threw a bbq at his place & invited my daughter and her bf so that I could spend more time with them. I will never forget that. I loved him more than ever for that beautiful gesture.
A year before, I have him a bottle of wine to thank him for kindness of helping me with a problem with the RV. A year later,we met again. We visited, he invited me to dinner at his RV. After dinner as I was about to leave he kissed me.in shock I still left. A week later we got together!
Hi – I get it & totally agree.
The guy I’m with for the last 3 years I dated for a summer 35 years ago ( so a re-united situation).
So we are around the 2-3 month stage and we did the exercise from ” When Harry Met Sally ” movie where the older couples share how they met – we are on the phone & he did it spontaneously – came up with it- he said ” we met when we were 16, dated a summer when we were 20, Donna went away to grow & experience some life things and came back home to me 32 years later” For me that was a microattraction moment !!
I was in the emergency room waiting for a diagnosis for my mother’s stomach problems, 10 hours had passed and not even one of the 7 doctors stopped to explained anything to me (all of them saw her and examínate her) even when I asked they evaded an answer, but then a doctor appeared and with patience and care explained to me every little detail of what was going on, for the next two weeks he did the same every day, with the same caer and patience.
Finding a thinking about you note attached to a flower on my windshield when I got off work.
I had a bad day and was so upset and he said: what happened. I responded with something like: oh it’s too much to share or It’s a really long story. I was trying not to be negative because we had only been dating a month. He said: I’m here for you Tina, talk to me.
I am an actress and a guy I am dating with wanted to tell some lines from a play. I started to tell a monologue and he started to cry. That was the best moment with him.
My guy and I were walking on the beach carrying our shoes in hand and when it was time to leave, he bent down and put my shoes on for me. I felt like Cinderella…
…that was the moment I knew I loved this man. He melted my walls with his kindness.
I LOVE, LOVE LOVE this video. I felt I was getting a little taste of your 5 Day Retreat. I’ll tell you my answer after this: On 2/2/2018 (2=Love), it was a Friday, my favorite day of the week because the whole weekend is ahead of me. I thought this, “I Love Myself to the Core. I’m not judging myself and I’m not criticizing myself and I’m accepting myself exactly how I am. If not now, then when?” I have been manifesting what I desire since. I said, “Oh, I can think for myself!” I’m not in those old, programmed, patterns anymore. So this video is on point. As far as getting all ‘goo goo’ over a guy, I never did. My programmed, limiting, belief was, “All men are no good.” And I saw it at 5 years old. My decision at that time was, “All men turn out to be bad.” I no longer think that way. I think of, that I’ve fallen in Love with me. Then, in that state I hold the vision and how I want to feel when I’m with him. But it was me first that had to accepted. Now I can accept (receive) a good man. A man that will partner with me in my passion for The Foundation For The Learning Of World Peace Consciousness. That’s what needs to be programmed into the children’s minds. Encouragement!
I had a crush on someone for a long time already but one moment that really stands out on why he’s the type of guy I want to be with is when, after a long weekend of working a youth conference together and having gotten very little sleep, he offered to call his parents to have us stay the night so I wouldn’t have to drive the 2 hours back home. I declined but his concern for my health and safety stood out clearly! Micro-moment; major attraction!
