One moment. One second. One tiny little word that leads to someone finding the love of their life.
And so many women miss that chance every single day.
If you do nothing else this Sunday, make sure you watch this powerful message…

Tears… shocking how much it’s reality…
You can’t get the time back. Once it passes, it is gone. Good video about taking a risk. And having an open heart for connection. You never know.
Sorry but that is way too unrealistic and leaves you thinking it’s my fault I’m single !
I’m more of a believer in fate.
You can’t crack onto every woman or man standing at the coffee bar . Just looks desperate.
Prefer your videos Matt x
I’m speechless
@Claire Sullivan
I totaly respect your fellings.
But if you don’t mind me sharing my opinion.
May I say this, In my opinion,
Fear of rejections means. You just reduce your at least 50% chance down to 0% chances.
And I bet the one you are approaching would give you way lot more than 50%.
But fear of rejection kept you hiding behind that BIG ZERO. Rather than approching 80%-100% chances of success.
And this is me encouraging you to take your at least 50%-80% chance.
If you have the believe, you will defenately succeed.
Trust yourself and trust in LOVE.
I know, it happens to me very often. But then again, sometimes it’s hard because I might be shy or worst fear or untrusty.
Thanks ! That’s powerful ! We are missing a lot of opportunities.
This just doesn’t happen. I’m almost 49 and never once have I ever had a man start talking to me out of the blue and reach out his hand and introduce himself – let alone ask me out.
I refuse to do the online thing. It makes me so very unhappy. Spending my time swiping through strangers. The farthest I’ve gotten is to talk to maybe three or four on the phone which didn’t work out.
I am hoping someday but I just don’t know how it’s going to be possible. The meeting part is so difficult. At this point in my life I do look and then glance down only to see a wedding ring. Or they are with someone.
I do like what you have to say though and find it helpful. I do remember one thing you advised. Just say “how’s it going?” That doesn’t seem too difficult.
Taking chances are risky as you don’t know the outcome as in the case with the guy speaking to the woman in the video. Sure they could have gone on a date and not had the picture filled life that followed along. But each chance, to me, is an opportunity to learn more about myself and what I need whether it be to start/stop or maybe just reevaluate. Often times we set it up in our minds that it will be much worse than it every really is, like taking a band-aid off.
Loved the video! Carpe Diem…;)
It’s true one second can change the course of your life. It makes you think. The truth is we are all afraid of rejection and honestly it sucks to be rejected. Think of it this way, think of something that you love to do, that you also had to work at, think about how your life would be different if the first time you tried that and were very good at it and you gave up. I have a lot of friends that came from rejection either me being rejected or them.
I’m a 65 y/o woman who has still not been successful finding my soul mate. This brought tears to my eyes.. I love your videos and have one of your books that has helped me more than you know. Thanks for doing what you do Matt.
This video says it all! You have to take chances in life. I’m learning that life is a series of moments to enjoy no matter how big or small. Had he not taken the chance to talk to her then poof ! I recently got in touch with an ex and he was so glad that I did and we are trying to make things work. At least I can say I have no regrets even if things don’t gel.
@Nicole
I don’t think that video was saying hit on every one at the bar. I think the message in this video was in the one second that it takes to say hello to the handsome stranger or beautiful woman that could be a defining and life-changing moment that could lead to something more whether it is a relationship or even just a friendship. I am single and that video didn’t leave me thinking it’s my fault that I am. But I also realize that everybody is at a different point in their life and you may be at a different point then I am in life due to experiences, goals, and we could be looking for different things in life. Like right now I’m in my early 30s and I’m not really looking for relationship because I want to finish school and graduate with my masters degree but there is that pressure of wanting to have a family before it gets too late.
I am also a believer of fate but fate is only going to bring you into that situation fate is it going to speak to that person for you. And these are only just my opinions we’re all entitled to our own in opinion.
Such a powerful video. Thank you. I’m going to try to have the coursge not to waste anymore “moments” & ne brave. There’s too much to lose
This just makes me think about how important it is for us to put our phones away! I think we miss a lot of life and opportunity by being glued to our phones, but everywhere you go people are face down looking at screens.
Wow! That film just made me think of how little time I have left and how much I’ve wasted and how I don’t want to waste another second! Thanks for sharing Matthew!
Go outside and enjoy life, automatically good things will happen, opportunities will arise.
Every choice creates one life and erases another…
Wow! That’s a sobering thought. I need to be more intentional with my choices and taking hold of a moment rather than letting it pass because of my fear. That’s a lot to process!
That had me in tears! Wow. So much time we don’t use on any level.wish we could run backwards like the film..I know where I would stop the clock exactly.
