For me it was when this guy started telling me about his daughter and how he regretted not being around more while she was growing up. His sincerity touched me and I felt instantly closer to him in that moment.
I was surfing with a guy I only liked as a surf buddy. He was helping me get from beginner to the next level. Over the course of weeks, we spent hours on our surfboards between sets chatting, and still I thought he’s cute, but “meh,” he doesn’t check all the boxes, so no, I’m not going there. Then one day, he sent me out on a wave and in front of everyone in the lineup yelled “Be careful!” There I was on the wave thinking, “Wait a minute. Did I just hear that? Did this guy just tell me to be careful? Is he concerned something is going to happen to me?” I thought it was so stinking cute! I was smitten right then and there. It took everything I had to not fall in love with him. BTW, every wave after that… he shouted the same thing and looked at me with goofy eyes and started sending me text messages with emojis, counting the days till our next sunset surf sessions. Proves that when we gals enjoy the moment and don’t try too hard, things just happen.
I enjoyed your last line! It reminds me of “light attracts light” or maybe it’s “like attracts like.” When you like to do something, others can see it. Then you become attractive. It’s not always “opposites attract.”

When we were leaving Home Depot and he had given me his keys and told me to wait in the car. I got in the car and looked out the window and saw him carrying wood to an old woman’s car. He then continued helping her put all of her other items in the car. I hadnt even noticed the old lady struggling. The fact he observed someone else’s needs and humbly went out of his way for someone else was extremely attractive.
It was before my first bf and I started dating. I was at my first high school dance and I had this glow in the dark headband I bought there. It fell off my head when I was dancing, and before I could pick it up myself. This guy whom I’ve never met before picks it up for me. Instead of just handing it to me, he attempts to place it on my head before walking away. After that, whenever I was in the hallway and he was there, It wasn’t hard for me to notice his presence.
I was totally distracted and literally ran smack into a guy in my office building. He was tall, gorgeous and nice. He asked for my contact info and wanted to go out. I told him I wasn’t in a place in my life to date just yet (busy) and would go as friends. I totally forgot about him when I got back to my office. A month passed and I was cleaning out my email and found a message he sent me that very day asking me out. I responded — 30 days late! — and told him I’d be delighted to go out but I had a business trip April 4 that would have me out of town for 2 weeks and maybe we could go after that. He replied that would be great. Then on April 4 he texted me wishing me safe travels and great success on my business trip and that he would be in touch the day after I returned to set up a date. He said he loved that I had my own life and wasn’t sitting around waiting for him. I loved that he paid attention to details and was good at follow up.

A guy who I was seeing For a while sent me a voice msgone day in the morning-not a text msg- just saying he is at work and hope I am well.
His voice melt my heart. It was serious and very muscular which was not similar to what I was used to.I am financially independent but it felt sooooo hot when I heard his msg.
He read me a story. It was one of his favorites, and he wanted me to love it, too.
I find it wildly attractive when a man is reflective and makes a connection in his life and realizes he just experienced a ‘learning moment.’
I was playing a slot machine at a casino when I start talking to a guy next to me. He was funny and charming but what really made want to be with this guy, He quit a 6 figure full time job in Florida to come home to a job paying 1/2 so he could take care of his dad who was ill and his mom who a alzheimer’s. That told me more about his character than hours of conversation.
It was on our second date. We decided to go to pet shelter to take one lonely dog for a walk. He picked me up by his car and when we arrived there, he gave me granules for dogs which he bought before and he told me give these granules to the shelter as a present – so I did. It impressed me…his generosity and that he didn´t mind I would take a credit for this gesture.
I had a man (I was unsure about dating) take me on a motorcycle ride on our 3rd date. He kept reaching back to see if I was ok and linked his fingers in mine at a stop light. No words… just touch. I still replay that in my mind when I’m have a tough day. I was hooked after that simple gesture.
We were walking to a restaurant and he made sure that our walking pace matched. That was a huge deal for me because I am short and he is 6’3. That alone was very thoughtful. As we got close to the door, he ran two steps ahead of me so he got there first to open the door for me. I have never seen such chivalrous behavior before. It was the best first date I’ve ever had!
He stopped the car and moved a turtle that was on the road.
I fell for a guy when he told me he was going to a client’shouse, after work,to enable the client to have a health care power of attorney completed before he left the following day to a world renowned hospital in another state for surgery.
My guy noticed I would sometimes collect one or two stray shopping carts from the parking lot as we walked into a store. He loved that.
At a theatre play, she started laughing but she laughed like she never did before and this way I saw her smile and her purity of being happy, of feeling good and letting all hard things in her life go away for a couple of seconds
One day I woke up with food poisoning. My ex jumped in to take care of me. Seeing his genuine concern for my wellbeing was so attractive and endearing!
Just last night, a person I’m interested in told me they had tryouts for an athletic thing they’ve been unable to participate in for a while, due to an injury. I said I was proud of them, because I knew it took a lot of work to come back like that. They actually got a little teary, and it was just really cute to see ^_^
