You pretty much narrowed it. I’ve heard and also believed Self Confidence is loving yourself but no one has ever said to be more kind to ourselves. I will definitely try to be more kind and supportive to myself. Lately I have been expecting support and kindness from my family and friends, but I didn’t realize the most important love and support is the one from myself to myself.
