Two years ago, I met Ann at one of my Retreats. She stood up in tears and told me something I’ll never forget:
“I feel like I’m not worthy.”
Life had given her plenty of reasons to believe it. She had spent years feeling unseen, making herself smaller, and slowly losing touch with the person she used to be.
Two years later, I sat down with Ann again to find out what happened next.
And even knowing parts of her story, I wasn’t prepared for everything she had to tell me.
If life has ever made you question your worth or wonder whether it’s too late for things to be different, I really hope you’ll watch this one.
What a beautiful storey of a return to true self
Im still working on it, and still catch myself worrying that perhaps at times im “too much”, or i compare to others and feel inferior, or I miss boundary moments where I should stand up for myself more… but im working on it and, very slowly… painfully slowly, improving.
Thanks to Ann for sharing her story. It takes courage and its hard to stand up for yourself when the “im not worthy” script is there. Such a beautiful story. May many years of peace and happiness be yours!
Congratulations! You give me hope!
Thank you Ann. Your story is no different from most of us who has struggled to find our person because forget to love & accept ourselves. Some of us has been jumping from one relationship to another and when you get abandoned you feel its your fault and then you decide to get cold & be on your own.
Luckly enough Mathew has been our rock. I have been thru Mathews programs +AI and on my way to find someone who wiill love me the way I deserve.
Thank you both of you
This was inspiring. So happy for Ann. Hope springs eternal.
