I have been in an emotionally abuse relationship for 22 years. We have three kids together. I managed to introduce a time of healing this past year after an incident that occurred which crossed my line. Since the my husband is in therapy and stopped drinking. He is doing all the right things but I still feel very angry and I’m not sure if I can ever truly forgive and love him again.I love myself more now and have better boundaries but I’m not able to fully disconnect and finally shut the door. I am scared to leave, to be alone.
Is there an upcoming retreat that I could attend? I
