We’re on the lookout for a freelance Motion Designer to join our creative crew and help make our VLOGs even more dynamic with fun and engaging visuals! This is a remote, project-based role with a flexible weekly structure. You’ll work closely with Thomas (our Post Production Supervisor whose favorite color is muted green!) to level up our videos and add that extra spark that makes people go, “Woah, that was slick.”

The Gist

- 💰 Rate: $750–$2000 per project (depending on experience, scope, and complexity)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Add motion graphics, titles, animated callouts, and visual flair to our VLOG-style content.
- Deliver organized After Effects projects or pre-rendered overlays we can drop right into our timelines.
- Keep things snappy, clean, and in rhythm with editorial pacing.
- Keep our motion style consistent, cohesive and inline with our brand guidelines.
- Help us evolve our look across recurring content, ads, programs, and beyond.
- Work with our post team to find creative ways to visually support storytelling.
- Maintain tidy files and clear folder structures.
- Work seamlessly with Dropbox, Google Drive, and our Post Production workflow.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- ✅ You’re a wizard in After Effects & Premiere Pro
- ✅ You work on MacOS and already use Adobe CC
- ✅ You have experience designing for YouTube, podcasts, or VLOG-style content
- ✅ You’ve got a sharp eye for timing, layout, and flow
- ✅ You’re an excellent communicator who thrives in remote collaborations
- ✅ You’re curious, passionate, and just a little bit obsessed with making things look and feel amazing!
