The foregoing includes, but is not limited to, companies trading as “Hotmart” and “Affemity”. Those companies who are attempting to profit from Matthew Hussey and/or 320 Media LLC’s names are in no way connected with Matthew Hussey and/or 320 Media, LLC. Further, we do not have any responsibility for the content of any guidebooks or other materials being sold by them. The only materials which are authorized by 320 Media, LLC are those which are authored and distributed by us, directly. Please do not purchase any guidebooks, materials or other information regarding Matthew Hussey and/or 320 Media, LLC from any source except us, directly.

We caution you regarding the foregoing as we are committed to protect you, as well as the general public from any potentially harmful, counterfeit and/or misleading materials. If any such material is offered for sale to you by anyone except 320 Media, LLC, please contact us immediately so we can provide you with the proper material and information.

In the event that you have purchased materials as part of the above-described fraudulent activity, we will be glad, upon your request, to provide you with a personalized letter, on our letterhead, stating that the products you purchased were not sold by us directly and were not authorized by Matthew Hussey and/or 320 Media, LLC. This will assist you in disputing the charge with your bank and or credit card company as a fraudulent charge.

It has also come to our attention that an individual named “Jeff Martin” is using a Gmail account to contact people, stating that he is the “producer” of Matthew Hussey’s podcast, and further extends an invitation to be on the podcast for which 320 Media, LLC will purportedly pay an appearance fee. Please do not reply to Mr. Martin given that this person and the other entities and/or individuals who are attempting to profit from Matthew Hussey and/or 320 Media LLC’s names are in no way connected with Matthew Hussey and/or 320 Media, LLC. Further, if you were contacted by Mr. Martin via Gmail or have otherwise received an email from a purported brand representative of 320 Media, LLC offering an opportunity to collaborate and for payment, please report the activity to Google here. This will assist Google in removing those accounts from the Gmail server.
