Weekend Retreat 2025 2

I wanted to do the Retreat for 10 years. I was stuck in my career and health, but what surprised me most was how quickly it worked—sometimes within seconds of an exercise I felt lighter, freer, and more confident, like I had superpowers.

Since then, I’ve gone from part-time to full-time and negotiated the position of CEO at a new startup. Motherhood had distanced me from myself, but through this process, I got myself back.

When I came to the Retreat, I had gone through a divorce, was battling illness, had lost my job, and had no confidence or motivation left. I went on a whim, feeling like everything had come crashing down.

By the end, everything changed. The person I was on that first day is now unrecognizable—I feel confident, motivated, and determined to keep progressing. I even built lifelong friendships. It’s truly incredible to witness your own transformation.

Matthew delivered on content, practical tools, and emotional gut punches. All bases were covered; all questions were answered.

It was more than I ever expected. I felt joy, pure joy, for the first time in a long time. I now feel like I’m on the precipice of my new life that I can’t wait to live to the fullest.

After 30 years I can finally say – I do love myself!

This is one of the main takeaways and transformations I experienced in the Retreat process. I had this belief that I had to be perfect to be lovable. But that wasn’t the real me; that wasn’t a life I wanted. I wanted to break the wall that was holding me back once and for all!

This transformation will always be with me and it can be yours, too.

Little did I know that I would leave such a different person than I came. The work was tremendous, but the reward even greater. That week will forever hold a special place in my heart. Because of your work, I was able to step into myself and create a life that I couldn’t be happier with! I can’t wait to see what’s next along this journey! Before The Matthew Hussey Retreat I had come out of a 10-year relationship and was at a complete loss. I didn’t know who l was outside of that relationship. Well here I am 6 months later and I never thought my life would have changed so much. The tools you have given me have made me the happiest I have been in a very long time. I am still only at the beginning of my journey. God knows what the next 6, 12, 24 months are going to hold for me. I can’t wait!
